Materials: Light to medium weight woven fabrics like quilt cotton, cotton and shirting. Flannel also works well.

You Will Need:
Fabric for Top and Pants — 11” x 23”
Fabric for Dress — 9.5” x 13”
Lining — 4” x 11” Remnant (or you can use the same fabric as for the top)
Hook-and-Loop Tape — 4” (5/8” width — cut in half to get about 1/4” wide)
Elastic (1/4” wide) for pants legs — 10”
Elastic (3/8” wide) for waist — 6.5”
Optional: Buttons (1/4” wide) for decoration — x3
Optional: Lace for trim (3/4” wide) — 15”
